In this modern era, most of them think that they are maintaining a healthy lifestyle but most of them are wrong. Nowadays people then to stare onto their devices because they are busy playing games, working and watching their favourite tv series for hours. This makes them lazy and not having a good lifestyle. Not only that we have stress and lack of sleep due to personal reason and our attitude, for example, when we look at our phone scrolling to some pictures in Instagram at the end you did not realize that time has passed by so quickly thus you have less time to sleep. This phenomenon is also known as the "scroll hole" because you are too busy scrolling until you did realize the time. It is very shameful as many people still have this type of attitude. Moreover, we also need to eat properly. Even though our country Malaysia have so many cultures and variety of food we must still keep in mind to have a proper diet.
