Having more than 27 years working experience in different sectors/business background, 22 years in manufacturing (semiconductor) with total of 6500 workforces, 3 years in rail industry with 5500 employees and 3 years in hospitality industry with more than 100 memberships (hotels).

16 years of experience in Learning and Development with more than 10 years in managerial capacity, requires credibility, adaptability, and creativity in developing and nurturing people and learning culture in the organization. The combination of my practical knowledge and professional experiences in people and leadership development has contributed to my accomplishments and self-motivation.
