Suhaidah Hussain awarded a Doctor of Management (PhD Industry) from University Utara from Universiti Utara Malaysia in 2017, Master of Business Administration from Universiti Utara Malaysia in 2011 and Bachelor of Business Administration (Hons) Marketing from Universiti Teknologi Mara in 2003.  She started her career as a Sales & Marketing Executive in one of multinational companies in the automotive industry.  Since 2010, she has been involved in human resources and administration in automotive private higher education institutions. She worked in Naza Kia Academy for 2 years as Head of Human Resources & Administration before she joined DRB-HICOM University of Automotive Malaysia (DHU).  She served DHU for 8 years as Head of Human Resources and Dean Faculty of Business & Management.  Currently, she holds the position of Head of Programme Master of Business Administration.  She also appointed as a Secretary for Institut Kajian Strategik Negeri Pahang and as coordinator at FIM Governance & Integrity Centre.  Her research areas includes; human resource management, organizational behaviour, organizational development, change management, corporate governance ranging from middle to upper level management.
