10 SEPT 2022 STRATEGIC MANAGEMENT & CORPORATE TRANSFORMATION / BUSINESS MANAGEMENT STRATEGIES FOR EXECUTIVE MASTER (GROUP 1)

I possess a Master's in Corporate Communication and a Bachelor's Degree in Communication from Universiti Putra Malaysia. Additionally, I also possess a Diploma in Business Studies from UNITEN.

Have served over 12 years as a tutor with IGE (ATC Ipoh/Prai).  I have been teaching management modules for UUM, UTM, UMP, and AeU.  Other modules include Strategic Management, Organizational Behavior, Human Capital Development, Training Analysis, Corporate Governance, Business English.  I also supervise  students on Final Year Project Paper. Currently teaching online for UMP and UTMSpace.

I am also tutoring at OUM for 3 years.  Subjects include Intro To Communication, Principles of Corporate Communication and Communication Theory.

As to my exposure and experience, I have served as President of UNITEN Alumni and also as Facilitator/Speaker for IGE Industry (Strategic Management) Student Seminars. 

While serving in Tenaga Nasional Berhad I participated in the following activities as: (i) Trainer - TNB’s Performance Management System (ii) Implementor - TNB’s Customer Information Billing System (iii) Facilitator - TNB’s Corporate Outreach Programmes (iv) Technical Manager - Kilat Sports Carnival (Volleyball) (v) Writer - TNB’s In-House (TENAGAWAN) Magazine I have also engaged myself in the following activities: (i) President, Uniten Alumni Association, Putrajaya Campus, Bangi, Selangor (until 2018) (ii) Participated at Motivation Forum for university freshies at Uniten (iii) Presented talk on Leadership to Prefects/Monitors/Librarians at La Salle, Ipoh (iv) Talk to would-be retirees at TNB’s Retirees’ Programme (2018) in KL (v) Conducted Seminar on Examination Tips for UPSR students in Ipoh
